Samsung ID Verification is Here.

I'm no longer going to refer to this company as Samsung. From now on, I'm officially calling this company Scamsung.

As you know, age verification is happening everywhere, but Samsung is implementing ID age verification for its users. Google is performing age verification on YouTube (yes, Google owns YouTube).

Google is planning to age-verify Android users via ID, but that is not the topic of this post. Samsung has partnered with a vendor for its ID age verification. The vendor in question is Clear. That vendor experienced a data breach three years ago (from what I know).

Also, I talked with one of Samsung's employees about my concerns about age verification vendor Clear; they said that they understand the concern about the age verification.

That employee did not know or read about the data breach concerning the vendor they were using. His response was also bullshit; I felt disgusted after reading it.

We need to tell everyone who uses Samsung to boycott age verification and not use age estimation.
